Me Some Funny"
SMS Funny is Canada’s next water-cooler TV show
premiering on W. Comedian Roman Danylo helms this
new hybrid that is both a reality show and comedy show
wrapped into one laugh-out-loud half-hour. With
both hidden camera pranks and home video bloopers Show
Me Some Funny delivers non-stop laughs for the whole
family!.
CBC TV "The
Debaters"
Roman recently taped an episode of "The
Debaters" TV show produced by Richard Side. Roman
debated against Ellie Harvie on the topic of low
expectations. Roman argued for them of course. The
episode will air sometime in 2011.
Comedy Now!
Roman just filmed his second hour long special as part
of the 13th season for this long running CTV comedy
series. His first special for Comedy Now was taped back in 1997.
The Urban Improv Challenge

14 Years of Urban Improv
For almost 14 years Roman performed once a week in
Kistsilano (Vancouver). First at The Urban Well, then
Chivana, and finally at Rowan's Roof. The regular Monday
night improv show was started by Roman over 14 years ago
and featured some of Vancouver's best improvisers. You
never knew who was gonna show up. The 10th anniversary
benefit for The Children's Wish Foundation featured
special guests Colin Mochrie and Ryan
Stiles. The anniversary benefit in 2009 was for
the BC SPCA and featured the cast of The CityNews List.
CBC Radio "The
Debaters"
Roman hosted three episodes of the hit comedy "The
Debaters" on CBC Radio produced by Richard Side.
The show pits comics against one another in a battle of
fact and funny. The show tapes in various venues across
the country.
Comedy Inc. on CTV Gemini
Nomination
The half hour sketch comedy show starring Roman received
a 2007 Gemini Nomination for Best Ensemble Performance
in a Comedy. Comedy Inc is currently airing its
5th season on CTV and The
Comedy Network. It’s been called the “Best sketch
comedy show since Kids in The Hall” - Lindsay Brown,
Halifax Daily News.
Roman Around the Country
Roman frequently performs at corporate functions and
comedy clubs across the country. Clubs like… Laffline’s
Comedy Club (Vancouver), Comedy
Cave (Calgary), Comic
Strip (Edmonton), and Rumors

Canadian Comedy Awards
In 2006 three projects that Roman was involved in were
nominated for Canadian Comedy Awards. Comedy
Inc.-Writing. The Ultimate Comedy Show-Best Comedic
Play. Urban Improv-Best Improv Troupe.
Comedy Inc. On Spike TV
The US network Spike TV picked up the first two
seasons of Roman's sketch show Comedy Inc. They started
airing in 2005.. Comedy Inc. has received a Gemini
Nomination, and A Gold Award at The New York Television
Festival.
The Leo Awards
Roman recently won a Leo
Award for Best Performance in a Comedy Special or
Variety Series for his work on CBC’s Western Alienation
Comedy Hour hosted by Will
Sasso of Mad TV fame.
